Tuk-tuk ride to market in Phnom Penh
Central market, designed by France during colonization in the 1930s
Tuol Svay Pray High School on the outskirts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In 1976, the Khmer Rouge renamed the high school S-21 and turned it into a torture, interrogation and execution center. Of the 14,000 people known to have entered, only seven survived.
He survived because he was the person that could repair the typewriters needed by the Khmer Rouge.
Killing Fields, these are associated with us S-21, throughout the country they were almost 400 killing fields.
