Parque General San Martin. A massive park with lakes, rose gardens, and a view of the Andes
Mendoza is a desert. These metal structures are used to capture leaves (and sometimes trash
) so their tree watering system doesn’t get clogged
The Andes run north to south along the Argentina-Chile border and are the longest continental mountain range in the world
From Mendoza we flew back to Buenos Aires and hopped up a ferry to Uruguay for two nights. Those pics to follow!
